Milan agree deal with Chelsea for Joao Felix

Serie A giants Milan are now set to sign another forward in the winter transfer window, with Joao Felix set to join the club.

The Rossoneri have signed Santiago Gimenez already and the club wanted to hand Sergio Conceicao another attacking player. After Jorge Mendes flew in to London to speak to Chelsea about a move for Felix, a move is now done.

Gianluca di Marzio has reported that an agreement is in place between the two clubs. The details are yet to be defined but the basis of an agreement in principle does exist.

The Portugal international has pushed to join Milan in the last few days and initially, Chelsea were not opening up to a loan transfer and only wanted a permanent deal. Things have now changed and Noah Okafor will now head to Napoli, making space for Joao Felix.

Aston Villa were previously in for the player but they moved for Marcus Rashford instead.
