Juventus consider bringing back Koni de Winter from Genoa

Serie A giants Juventus permanently sold Koni de Winter to Genoa in 2024 after an initial loan stint at the Rossoblu, but they are now considering the possibility of bringing him back.

TuttoJuve’s Mirko di Natale has reported that the Old Lady are thinking about seriously moving for the Belgian, who attracts a lot of other clubs.

Everton and West Ham are pushing for a move and Napoli, Inter, Roma and Milan are also candidates. The Partenopei are leading the race for the defender, but all the clubs will have to pay a fee of €25 million to sign De Winter.

That doesn’t apply to Juventus though, as they have a 25 percent sell-on clause in the contract. This means that to them, De Winter will cost around €15 million in the summer.

The player will not be against the idea of a return and things could now depend on other potential suitors.
