Serie A side Napoli heard from harsh words from Antonio Conte yesterday and talks between the two parties are set to take place soon.
The Italian questioned Napoli’s ambitions and ability to compete at the highest level ahead of the game against Monza and La Repubblica, via CN24, have reported that ‘frank’ discussions between the two clubs will take place at the end of the season.
CEO Aurelio de Laurentiis will be involved in that and will be leading to talks about their ambitions and how they plan to do things going forward. The sensation at the club is that Conte’s words last night will not have an impact on his future at Napoli and all parties are only focused on the Scudetto this season.
The Partenopei are three points behind Inter in the table but they could have an advantage, considering the number of games Inter play in the remainder of the season.
